You may cancel and reschedule your Selection Day event on your own up to 72 hours before your scheduled time. Log in to your Teacher Track account and navigate to the Events tab. You will need to cancel your current Selection Day event before you will be able to sign up for a new time.
If you are attempting to cancel less than 72 hours before you scheduled time, you will need to contact the Selection Team via the Support Center. If you are a candidate who lives outside of New York State our team may also be able to support you in scheduling a new date, if needed.
Please note that we have a limited number of interview spaces each season, so we may not be able to provide you with a new date if you cancel, particularly towards the end of our Selection season.
